Refund Policy

Terms of Services Effective Date: June 1, 2025

1. Scope and Applicability

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing refunds for services procured through Influence Insider (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). By accessing our platform or placing an order, the user (“you” or “Customer”) expressly agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy, in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. General Refund Terms

2.1 Wallet-Based Refunds

All approved refunds shall be issued exclusively as credits to the Influence Insider Wallet associated with the Customer’s account. No refunds shall be processed to bank accounts, digital wallets, UPI IDs, or any third-party payment systems under any circumstances. Wallet credits are non-withdrawable and may only be used for future service purchases on our platform.

2.2 Manual Orders and Direct Refunds

In limited instances where services are ordered manually and agreed upon in advance, direct refunds to the Customer’s bank account may be permissible. Eligibility for such refunds shall be determined solely at the Company’s discretion and must be expressly agreed upon in writing prior to payment. Post-order refund requests based on fabricated claims, buyer’s remorse, or service misunderstanding will be categorically denied.

2.3 Fraudulent Disputes

The initiation of any unauthorized chargeback, false dispute, or fraudulent claim with your payment provider constitutes a material breach of this Policy and our Terms of Service. In such instances, Influence Insider reserves the right to:

▸ Suspend or terminate your account;

▸ Report the incident to relevant financial institutions, payment gateways, or law enforcement;

▸ Initiate civil or criminal proceedings to recover damages and legal fees.

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

3.1 Non-Delivery of Services

In the event of non-delivery due to processing delays or technical issues, Customers must contact our support team at influenceinsideragency@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 98614 97983 within 72 hours of the order date. Failure to notify within this timeframe shall constitute acceptance of service delivery and disqualify the transaction from refund eligibility.

3.2 Services Not as Described

Refunds may be considered if the delivered service demonstrably deviates from the description provided on our website. To initiate a claim:

▸ Contact support within 72 hours of service completion;

▸ Provide verifiable evidence (e.g., screenshots, analytics);

▸ Ensure the issue is not caused by platform changes (e.g., Instagram or YouTube algorithm updates) or external factors.

Refund requests based on subjective dissatisfaction, unrealistic expectations, or misinterpretations of service scope will not be entertained.

4. Refund Processing

Upon approval of a valid refund request, the corresponding amount shall be credited to the Customer’s Influence Insider Wallet within 7 to 10 business days. Wallet credits

▸ Are non-transferable and non-exchangeable;

▸ Do not bear interest;

▸ Must be used exclusively within the Influence Insider platform.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds shall not be issued under the following circumstances:

▸ Change of mind after purchase;

▸ Misinterpretation or ignorance of service details;

▸ Service delays attributable to third-party platforms (e.g., API downtimes on Instagram or YouTube);

▸ Breach of our Terms of Service ;

▸ Filing of fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized disputes.

6. Legal Compliance and Enforcement

Influence Insider operates in accordance with applicable local and international laws. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies—including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and attorney’s fees—against individuals or entities attempting to abuse our refund system or engage in fraudulent activities. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts located in Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of this Policy.
